That's terrible! Why would it take them so long to deal with the issue?
On another similar note, I am waiting to hear from the 'Senior Admin' at WA Site support, as I need to send my domains to WPX.
WA only uses 2 servers, WPX uses 3.
WA site support basically told me to go ahead and use the two, that the third one didn't matter.
What!?
It's been 10 hours since I submitted the request to speak to the Senior Admin.
The problem with this delay is my websites are in limbo.

Yes, agree. My situation is that I can have a benefit of some things at the moment, I think so I am in conflict to leave now or next year.
It happened to me too. The site was down (Carlson almost jumped when I was complained the first time! Maybe fair because I thought they were using AI, because of the short of reading what was going on), then came similar messages.
3-4 days later, it went up, and they let me know that they were changing the system, taking in new things, and it was because of that. Why could they not say it in the beginning?
WA only uses 2 servers, WPX uses 3.
I never had WA add a third one for some of my domains I left at WA, and it worked fine. I don't think it's a big deal, but just my two cents.
I shared with WPX that WA has two to their 3 servers. They didn't say anything about the 2 server addresses being sufficient.
So why use three servers when two are usually the number ?
Your write access has been revoked by Admin.
Please note that two nameservers are sufficient for pointing domain. You can access your WA dashboard >> websites >> site domains >> your domain >> click on settings >> nameservers >> here you will see the fields to enter the nameservers. You can paste the nameservers and click on save settings button
