So I have my personal account banned by Facebook, which means that I can't manage my Facebook business pages anymore and neither my groups.
On further investigation, this is exactly what happened to me, even with a 2 step verification that I had installed, and apparently Facebook still hasn't fixed this problem: https://siliconangle.com/2023/05/28/facebook-users-lose-accounts-due-unknown-linked-spam-instagram-accounts/
Apparently, there is nothing I can do now, also because I don't live in the US.
I sincerely hope this will never happen to you, as it happened to large business profiles as well, as you can see in the article 🙁
Take care!
Lizzy
I had the same thing happen to me, Lizzy, about a year ago. Originally, I had two Facebook accounts; one was for networking and the other one was for real friends or people I really really did know.
However, about a year ago, I was logged out of my Facebook account and unable to login. When I tried to log back in, I received the message "Account Disabled"! I also had Facebook pages attached to this account, which are still live, but I can't get to them.
Facebook must be the worst platform on the planet! I have no idea what I did wrong. I have written to Facebook, via email and tried various means to contact them, but absolutely nothing! I also have absolutely no idea why my Facebook account was taken down, or disabled, as I hardly used it.
I'm genuinely sorry that this has happened to you, Lizzy. This is a very good reason to boycott Facebook and use other platforms, but I do appreciate that if you have built up Facebook pages, it's very annoying.

I’m really sorry that all this has happened to you, Lizzy. I know that various platforms are saying you have to use this platform and that platform, which I kind of understand, especially knowing what Google is doing.
However, before social media was as large as it is now, my Webmaster said to me, “Your website should be your main platform, as you never know when these platforms will shut you down”! He was so right!
Despite what’s happening, I still believe that our biggest focus needs to be our website.
It’s so annoying that Facebook is allowed to do this without any consequences, it’s just a really bad principle. I must admit I do find Facebook to be the worst platform to use, not only in its principles, but actually using the platform.
I know that some people use Facebook for a forum, but it’s just awful. You have to keep clicking to find more messages and so forth, it’s also very difficult to find an old post that you are looking for.
I’m glad that the Wealthy Affiliate forum, for example, is an independent platform that’s easy to use; to my mind, it’s much better. I know that many companies have their own type of forum, which is, again, much better than using Facebook. Sorry, I have digressed a bit.
I feel your pain but keep moving forward.
Roy

I totally agree Roy. I really struggle to get on with FB ... and I consider myself pretty 'techie' ... I've always found FB an abysmal user experience. But they must be doing something right!
hmm, it somehow doesnt allow to show the new link to the group , let's try again with some more spaces, just put the words without spaces :
